Preview SW Deposit

Preview SW Deposit

The Preview SW Deposit is a key component of Trident's Contact Lake Gold Project and an important part of the Company's vision to build a new district scale gold system in Saskatchewan's La Ronge Gold Belt.

Located approximately 46.6km straight line (or 61km via existing road) northeast of La Ronge, the deposit is situated approximately 2.5 kilometres southeast of the Contact Lake Deposit along the highly prospective Preview Trend, a mineralized corridor that also hosts the Preview North Deposit and several additional exploration targets. Together, these deposits highlight the significant resource growth potential across the broader district.

The Preview deposits are road-accessible via a 13km exploration road that branches from the Highway 102 corridor where the 25 kV transmission line is located. Highway 102 is the main artery that connects major industrial development in Northern Saskatchewan with the population base in the south.

2026 Winter Drill Program

The 2026 winter program marked Trident's first drilling at Preview SW and formed part of the Company's broader exploration campaign, which also included the Contact Lake Deposit. Together, the results continue to demonstrate the potential for multiple deposits to contribute to a growing district scale gold system in the La Ronge Gold Belt.

The program successfully confirmed the continuity of near surface gold mineralization while identifying higher grade zones within broad mineralized intervals.

Drill Highlights

These results demonstrate both bulk tonnage and high grade potential while extending mineralization beyond portions of the current resource model and reinforcing the geological continuity of the broader Preview Trend.

Mineral Resource

Preview SW and Preview North currently host a combined Mineral Resource Estimate of:

These resources form part of Trident's November 2025 Mineral Resource Estimate and provide a strong foundation for continued expansion through ongoing exploration.

(See resource table below)

Exploration Potential

Recent drilling campaigns completed in 2017, 2018, 2022 and 2026 have consistently expanded the understanding of the deposits by:

The approximately 7 kilometre long Preview Trend remains largely underexplored and offers considerable potential for further discoveries through continued drilling along strike and at depth.

Geology

Gold mineralization at Preview SW is hosted within multiple sub parallel northeast trending shear zones ranging from 1 to 10 metres in width. These structures host auriferous quartz veins that demonstrate excellent continuity at depth.

Gold mineralization is closely associated with sulphide minerals including:

Dilatant zones within the shear system represent the primary controls on higher grade gold mineralization and are a key exploration target across the broader project area.

Project History

The Preview SW Deposit has a long history of exploration dating back to 1937, when the property was first staked.

Since then, ownership has progressed through several companies, including Preview Mines Ltd., Studer Mines Ltd., Westfield Minerals Ltd., Cameco Corporation, La Ronge Gold Corp. (later Select Sands Corp.), Comstock Metals Ltd., and MAS Gold Corp., before becoming part of Trident Resources following the Company's formation.

Over several decades of exploration, the deposit has evolved into one of the most significant gold resources within the La Ronge Gold Belt and now forms a key component of Trident's strategy to build a district scale gold system in northern Saskatchewan.
