Corporate

Overview
Trident Resources Corp. (TSX-V: ROCK | OTCQB: TRDTF | FRA: 6BP0) is a Canadian gold exploration company advancing a district scale gold exploration strategy in the La Ronge Gold Belt of northern Saskatchewan.
The Company's vision is to help establish the La Ronge Gold Belt as Canada's next major gold camp by systematically advancing multiple gold deposits across a dominant regional land position of approximately 98,700 hectares, targeting multi million ounce gold potential within one of the world’s top ranked mining jurisdictions, supported by a growing total land foothold of approximately 160,300 hectares across the region.

Trident's current resource portfolio includes approximately 0.9 million ounces of Indicated gold resources and 1.1 million ounces of Inferred gold resources across its existing gold projects, forming the foundation of its district scale exploration strategy. View the Mineral Resource Summary →

At the centre of Trident's strategy today is the 100% owned Contact Lake Gold Project, a 22,790 hectare property that includes the past producing high grade Contact Lake Mine, operated by Cameco from 1994 to 1998.

During its operation, the mine produced approximately 190,000 ounces of gold at an average head grade of 6.16 g/t Au. When mining ceased, gold was trading near US$300 per ounce, and Cameco reported that significant gold resources remained unmined as it redirected its focus to uranium, leaving much of the broader mineralized system largely untested by modern exploration for nearly three decades.

Recent drilling has demonstrated the significant growth potential of Contact Lake. Fall 2025 drilling returned high grade intercepts, including 7.03 g/t Au over 43.25 metres in hole CL25003, while the Winter 2026 program delivered some of the strongest drill results reported by the Company to date, highlighted by hole CL26036 returning 15.11 g/t Au over 51.83 metres, including 20.69 g/t Au over 28.69 metres within the Bakos Shear Zone.

All reported drill holes from the Winter 2026 campaign intersected gold mineralization, reinforcing management's view that Contact Lake could represent a laterally and vertically extensive gold system rather than a series of isolated zones.

Building on the momentum of recent exploration success, Trident is currently undertaking a 20,000 metre Summer 2026 drill program at Contact Lake. The campaign is designed to further validate the Company's geological model, expand known mineralization, and refine future targeting across the broader system. Assay results will be released as they are received, providing investors with a continuous stream of exploration updates in the months ahead.

Beyond Contact Lake, Trident continues to advance multiple projects across the La Ronge Gold Belt, including Preview SW, Preview North, North Lake, Greywacke, and a growing portfolio of regional exploration properties. Through systematic exploration, active drilling programs, and disciplined project generation, the Company is building a pipeline of opportunities across one of Canada's most prospective yet underexplored greenstone belts.

Saskatchewan provides an ideal operating environment, offering a stable mining jurisdiction with a supportive provincial government, established infrastructure, a highly skilled workforce, and strong local stakeholder support.

Trident is led by an experienced management team and Board of Directors that combines deep technical expertise with extensive capital markets experience. This balanced leadership supports disciplined exploration, strategic capital allocation, and the systematic advancement of the Company's district scale strategy across the La Ronge Gold Belt.

Supported by a clear long term vision and a disciplined approach to exploration, Trident remains focused on creating long term shareholder value by advancing multiple gold projects across the belt, expanding known deposits, making new discoveries, and helping establish the La Ronge Gold Belt as one of Canada's next major gold districts.
